Grant McArthur is a a dedicated advocate with a broad litigation background and a strong commitment to supporting families through complex legal matters.
Grant earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from California State University San Marcos, where he developed a foundation in research and critical thinking. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, one of the nation’s most prestigious and highly ranked institutions.
He began his legal career representing individuals and small businesses in federal intellectual property disputes, and later turned his focus to dependency law, litigating cases throughout the Inland Empire to protect the rights of parents and children involved with the child welfare system.
Following his work in dependency and intellectual property litigation, Grant transitioned into family law, where he gained extensive experience handling complex custody, support, and domestic violence matters. His diverse background gives him a well-rounded and strategic approach to family law practice.
